Etemad art gallery

Etemad Gallery was founded in Tehran in 2002 by Mina and Amirhossein Etemad. The gallery is dedicated to elevating the status of contemporary Iranian art by showcasing works from both emerging and established artists. The artworks on display range from abstract to figurative, following innovative techniques and aesthetic styles.

Today, Iran’s emerging contemporary art scene challenges the stereotypes of a society steeped in tradition. Young avant-garde artists draw their inspiration from often complex and interwoven subcultures. These artists depict transformations arising from rapid urbanization, globalization, and demographic shifts, while addressing a diverse range of conceptual topics such as modernity, identity, femininity, and violence. Etemad Gallery’s commitment to contemporary art is rooted in a history of passion for art, strengthened by supporting artists at various stages of their careers.

گالری اعتماد در سال ۲۰۰۲ در تهران توسط مینا و امیرحسین اعتماد تأسیس شد.

این گالری متعهد به ارتقای جایگاه هنر معاصر ایران با نمایش آثار هنرمندان نوظهور و شناخته‌شده است. آثار به نمایش گذاشته شده ازآبستره تا فیگور متغیر است واز تکنیک‌های نوآورانه و سبک‌های زیباشناختی پیروی می‌کند. امروزه، صحنه‌ی هنر معاصر نوظهور ایران، کلیشه‌های جامعه‌ای غرق در سنت را به چالش می‌کشد. هنرمندان جوان آوانگارد الهام خود را از خرده‌فرهنگ‌های اغلب پیچیده و درهم‌تنیده می‌گیرند. این هنرمندان تحولاتی را به تصویر می‌کشند که ناشی از شهرنشینی سریع، جهانی‌شدن و تغییرات جمعیتی است، در حالی که به موضوعات مفهومی متنوعی مانند مدرنیته، هویت، زنانگی و خشونت می‌پردازند.

تعهد گالری اعتماد به هنر معاصر در تاریخچه‌ای از اشتیاق به هنر ریشه دارد که با حمایت از هنرمندان در مراحل مختلف حرفه‌ای‌شان تقویت شده است.
